Hi,

We have reviewed your 3rd lab dip submission for Pantone 14-1911 TCX Dusty Rose and unfortunately we are unable to approve.

Our comments: Shade is still reading too pink/warm. Please reduce red tone by approx 8-10%. Target should be more muted/dusty.

Please resubmit within 48 hours. If unable to achieve correct shade, please advise as we may need to review alternate supplier options.

Chittagong customs has flagged HS code mismatch on packing list for shipment NL-882. Declared code 6109.10.00 does not match product description on commercial invoice.

Vessel ETD is tomorrow. Please resubmit correct documentation to our freight forwarder before 5PM today to avoid shipment being rolled to next vessel and demurrage charges.
